Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Because our products include blind boxes and sealed collectibles, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed. Thank you for understanding 💗

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@soulpopshop.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for ripped boxes, dented boxes, or torn wrapping, as packaging condition is not guaranteed.
  • Requests sent after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Processing Time

  • Orders are packed with love and take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

Delivery Time

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may happen due to weather, holidays, high demand, carrier delays, or unexpected hiccups.

During sales, holidays, or new releases, shipping may take a little longer—thank you for your patience 💕

Lost, Stolen & Missing Packages

Once your order is shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the package is officially in its new home.

  • Soulpop Shop Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.
  • We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or requesting signature confirmation when available.
  • If a package is stolen, we suggest contacting the carrier or your local authorities to file a claim.

Package marked delivered but missing

  • Please contact the carrier right away.
  • We’re happy to help with tracking info or documents, but responsibility ends once delivery is confirmed.

How Local Pickup Works đź’Ś

  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to schedule your pickup appointment.
  • Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, by appointment only.
  • Please book your pickup time using the link below:

  • When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation email for pickup.
